I bring a solution-oriented approach to every situation. I carefully converse with the student (and parents, if it is for a young person), to determine the specific needs and create a unique approach so that they can effectively learn the material that they are committed to learning. I have empathy and understanding for each student and will adapt as I learn more about what they need.
