Hi there,

My name is Emma and I am an experienced, native English teacher from the UK. I hold a Postgraduate Certificate of Education (PGCE), a CELTA, and a master's in psychology. I have been teaching for over 20 years, 9 of which were for the British Council School in Madrid, Spain. I currently teach online and I have helped hundreds of people pass their English exams including KET, PET, FCE, CAE, CPE, and IELTS. I am also a former Cambridge oral examiner for KET-CPE, so I can tell you exactly what you need to do to get through the speaking, as well as preparing you thoroughly for the reading, writing, and listening. Every class is planned with your needs in mind. The first class is a "get to know you" session with an oral assessment so I can tailor all your future classes accordingly. I have a wealth of resources we can utilize, including exam materials and books. Pronunciation and error correction are integral components of my classes, and after each session, I will provide you with a list of all the new vocabulary we covered. I teach all levels, from beginner to advanced, and many of my current students are professionals. Read less
