I have taught a variety of subjects at private schools and public schools since 2011. I have attained my teaching skills through teaching English and math to students using a variety of instructional strategies to keep them engaged. I have obtained interpersonal and planning skills through talking to parents regarding their children’s progress, planning lessons for students considering individual needs, interests, assessments and observations.I have developed flexibility by changing lesson sequence through observing students’ behaviours, having backup plans and considering students’ feedbacks. I am always enthusiastic because teachers’ enthusiasm can motivate students to learn and stimulate their interests. Read less
